Shipping

We provide delivery of goods within Slovakia using the shipping method selected by the customer during the order process:

a) via courier service (GLS)

b) via Slovak Post

c) personal pickup – by prior agreement with the seller

d) via Packeta (Zásielkovňa)

 

Shipping costs for Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary:

a) GLS courier – for orders under €100: €4.50

b) GLS courier – for orders over €100: free

c) Slovak Post – for orders under €100: €3.90

d) Slovak Post – for orders over €100: free

e) Personal pickup at our pickup point: free of charge

f) Cash on delivery (only within Slovakia): +€1 surcharge

g) We do not offer cash on delivery outside Slovakia.

Payment Options

To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer several secure payment options:

 

1. Cash on delivery (Slovakia only)

Pay when the package is delivered to your address or post office. We ship the goods immediately. A handling fee of €1 applies.

Cash on delivery is not available for international orders.

 

2. Bank transfer

After placing your order, you will receive payment instructions by email. The order is shipped once the payment has been received. The invoice is valid for 7 days. If no payment is received within this time, the order will be cancelled.
